Joaquin is the best. I would rather work with him then the other banker.
I was there for an hour and a half. Not joking to buy 15 $50 gift cards. I called before I came to help ease any issues. They didn’t know what they were doing. Had old cards. Called customer service and still nothing. After wasting an hour and a half of my life the dude says “so sorry. Can’t do it”. That’s it????? Business customer for years and that’s all I get. Conveniently located full service bank with helpful and professional staff.
My bb&t card was expired so I decided to came in and do the deposit through a teller since I haven’t bank in so long and I got a nice “joke” just for that He was very helpful but at the end he asked me if i was gambling at the casinos or how did I had the cash Was only $3’000 which is from a friend who I borrowed and he’s paying back That doesn’t sounds cool to tell your customers “jokes” like that if he meant to be funny
