Please don't do business with Truist. First I wasn't told that it will take 3 business days for my funds to be available. I didn't find this out until I went into a branch. The reason I had to go to a branch was because like most humans would do, I was concerned because my funds were not available. I call customer service and explain my situation and not only was the customer service awful but they actually lock me out of my account and my mobile banking. Was not told I would have to wait a day before my check I deposited would go through. Crazy thing is the business I work at banks at the same place.
