The teller was rude and ignored me then proceeded not to help me. I have a account here that will be closed immediately after this
Please don't do business with Truist. First I wasn't told that it will take 3 business days for my funds to be available. I didn't find this out until I went into a branch. The reason I had to go to a branch was because like most humans would do, I was concerned because my funds were not available. I call customer service and explain my situation and not only was the customer service awful but they actually lock me out of my account and my mobile banking. Pleasant experience from beginning to end. I am a new Truist customer, and look forward to banking with them. My banker, Candice, was very kind and worked out all my concerns.
