I am 64 years old and COMPLETELY out of shape working alongside others who are super fit. And everyone supports and cheers everyone else in n! It’s so great!

I have been working out at TruHit for a few years now and I love working out here! I’ve been challenged physically and mentally. I’ve seen results. I love the people I workout with. The trainers are awesome. And the workouts are always different. I think I’ve found my gym for life.
This gym is so positive, motivating and feels like a community. The focus is improvement, consistency and the workouts are always changing, so it keeps it interesting! The trainers are amazing, too.
