Thanks to Jose Hernandez who provided excellent customer service.
The facility itself is modern and clean, though the waiting room is very small and can feel cramped at times. Dr. Saavedra is excellent. However, I only saw her during my first few visits. After that, my appointments were handled by various PAs (at least three different ones over time). While they were fine, I would have preferred more consistency and more time with the physician I initially chose. I was also disappointed by the office’s 48-hour cancellation policy. I love Dr. Saavedra, she listens to the patient and therefore is able to offer solutions to patients problems that other providers disregard. Today I was assisted by Jose Hernandez, he was very nice and thorough while asking questions in regards to my health and medications. Very pleasant visit, all staff are friendly and respectful.
