No patience. Just called for a quote and asked some clarifying questions. The person on the phone got upset repeating his answer when it wasn’t the answer to my question. I told him with his attitude for just asking questions I won’t be doing business with them, he said well after 22 years in the business he doesn’t know how else to answer. Sounds like he’s burnt out and this is not a service I’d want to trust with my property or my dog’s safety. I recommend finding another company worth your money.
I'm not sure which location took care of my trees but they are sending out people with zero knowledge of plants to care for them. I used them for three years as a preventative measure to keep my trees healthy and beautiful but earlier this year my Blue Spruce got sick under their care. They kept telling me it was "stressed" and had damage from winter when it really had a fungus! Incredible management of the wheatridge location. A fantastic company to work for. Fully and completely enjoyed my time with this business & team. ☘️
They put “pesticides applied” warning signs around our neighborhood which is fine BUT they didn’t put them in ground far enough and now we have yellow plastic (some chopped up by mowers) all over the surrounding areas. What was more insulting is they think they are not responsible for recovering them. When are we going to begin holding companies liable for littering our beautiful state. Colorado should not stand for this. See photos.
