Our lawn was in really bad shape, I expressed my concerns with Gary. Gary and the TruGreen team went up and beyond to make sure that our lawn was going to be one of the greenest, insect and weed free. Our lawn looks 100% better! Thank you, Thank you!
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! I wish I could give them zero stars to appropriately describe just how bad this company is. I contacted Tru green over a year ago because I had developed two very small brown spots in my front yard (see pic 1.) I stupidly signed up for an entire year of lawn AND Tree/Shrub maintenance. Biggest mistake ever for my lawn, it’s worse now than when it first got put down, they don’t listen and don’t care. The instructions were for the back yard and they treated the front lawn of the Neighbours first time, then the next time they treated a communal area which was nothing to do with my property, then eventuallly got the correct area but only treated half the yard as they thought only half belonged to me.
