Been a customer for over a year and my yard looks like garbage. Think its time to find a better company.
I was very pleased to see a difference in my grass so soon!
We paid a lot of money for your service and the crabgrass has exploded in my yard this summer. Didn't seem like your service helped much. And when I tried calling you I get routed to your national call center and a woman answers who sound like she is in a foreign country. I cannot get someone on the phone who is from my local office and it's very frustrating. I even scheduled a call back and got a call from a computer who was no help whatsoever. Your customer service is terrible.
Workers were at my neighbors house and they parked in front of my house blocking my driveway. There was more then enough room in front of neighbors.
They ruined my lawn and are lying about how often they have been out. I will speak to my bank since they won't fix. Never ever.
