They keep coming to my house and charging me for services I did not approve of. I talked to them in February and told them I did not want any of their services this year. They showed up unannounced, sprayed my yard and charged my credit card. How many time do I have to say I am not interested before they listen?!
The door to door solicitors for your company need to learn how to READ. Our door has a big sign that says No Soliciting - DO NOT KNOCK or RING doorbell. Your employee decided to disregard the sign and knock and ring the doorbell twice. It’s not 1990 anymore, door to door sales is dead and if you’re employees can’t read a simple sign then you need better employees.

Very happy with my service from TruGreen. My lawn looks great and I would recommend them.
Ok. Big corporation I'm sure others are just as good. There's something to be said about going with the big guy, especially when they have the customer service side squared away. I get the same service tech who I absolutely love. Our lawn has really taken a hard turn for the better and I'm happy as hay.
