Gentleman that was out today was extremely thorough hitting the entire yard and taking extra time to use the spray in the cracks around the driveway, patio, and swing set.
Grass looks great, they always take time to explain what needs to be done. Technicians are very helpful and knowledgeable.
Didn't perform services they claimed they were going to. Called while the technician was still here and they didn't want to step up and do it there and then. Said they would send someone out in a couple of days, never happened. Do not use this company, they negotiate large discounts then even offer to discount further when you threaten to cancel or do cancel.
I appreciate the technicians patience with us because we forgot to lock up our dogs this morning, when he arrived to service our yard. The company contacted me about the dogs and I asked if they could please come back, that I would be home in 5 minutes to lock up the dogs! The technician came back after I was home and he serviced our yard, which I was very grateful for! He could’ve left and went on about his route and left it for someone else to do the next day or so.
