Very friendly and professional specialist and service was performed promptly.
True Green showed compassion with an employee name Brea over the phone. The company sent out employee Dewayne Martin who took his time to explain the conditions of my weed problem. It felt genuine and he was not searching for answers. Many factors can cause my conditions.
This was for a second visit from true green, the first time the specialist did not do his job, and I called and filed a complaint. A reschedule was complete a week later to my satisfaction which was for the specialist to do his job. I know true green supervisors can’t be at every job, but the specialist should be held accountable for his actions. Thank you for getting this issue resolved in a timely manner.
