Initially went with TruGreen because they could treat our Ash tree for Emerald Ash Borer and not all companies do that. We had just recently moved into our house and had some dead looking bushes in the front yard as well. We evaluated all of the shrubs and trees on our property and they said they could save them all. 6 months later, the shrubs are still dead, not even close to coming back. My yard was done Tuesday. As I suspected, only the front yard was done as I set up a ring camera in my backyard to verify. I've been a customer since 2018 and I also wondered why I had a ton more weeds in my backyard yard...now I know. I called CS and received a credit for the treatment of the front yard, and cancelled both the yard & mosquito program (I cought the same action of only doing the front yard several weeks prior, hence the ring camera).
