Titus Myers always asks if there are any particular concerns, which is much appreciated. Beyond that, I can always count on him to take care of whatever the lawn needs. On the rare occasion that I point out a particular issue, he takes care of it without delay. The lawn has fared exceptionally well through the dry spells, IMO, due to the great care by Titus to help keep it going as well as it has.
My technician Titus has been here two times and it’s done an exceptionally good job and I hope when he comes out in the future, you guys assign him to our account again he did a great job very polite and courteous
