TRUGREEN does an outstanding service on our lawn
TruGreen has transformed my lawn and maintained it for several years. I never have to worry about weeds or bare spots. The lawn looks great! TruGreen has always been on schedule and provided exceptional lawn service. I really appreciate our lawn specialist Titus, he has always been very professional and courteous and does an outstanding job! Thank you!
Kendall was truly outstanding and his work was amazing. But overall, TruGreen has just been ok. Lack of follow up to a call and numerous chats has been disappointing. Management should look at what communication process is in place and make sure there is a follow process that engages with the customer.
We have used TruGreen for the past several years for our lawn care needs. Our lawn has never looked better. Titus M has been out technician for the most part and has always given exceptional service. He has wonderful communication and checks in to see if you have any questions or concerns.
