I'm very happy with the work Keith does. He's old school and cares about his work.
We had our lawn sprayed with a specific goal in mind which was to get rid of biting flies and no see ums. We were assured by the sales rep this would be taken care of. We repeatedly mentioned those two specific insects, and were assured they would be taken care of. The tech came out and sprayed, two weeks later I was smacking a biting fly off my leg. You can never reach an agent at your local TruGreen. People from the call center don't always know what they're talking about. They tell you information about appointments that doesn't hold true. My lawn is full of weeds, and I can't seem to get it resolved. I can't find out who the owner of the franchise is, and am still waiting for the Branch Manager to call me back. Horrible customer service!!!!! I will be looking for another lawn care service for 2027.
