Look, everyone has to go through the stick-to-the-script TruGreen national call center first. That's just how things work. But once the Runnemede, NJ office takes over, you're in great hands. Mike C. went out of his way to make sure my aeration and seeding service was scheduled when it was convenient for me. After the service, he proactively called to tell me that while it was complete, they are coming back the next day to fix a minor issue that occurred. I really appreciated Mike's great customer service.
