I never refused any of TruGreen recommendations to make my lawn better, all type of treatments were done in 7 months. I've had to pay for the replacement of 9 pallets of grass, delivery, grass itself, and even including labor. The entire lawn was full of weeds and chinch bugs due to the neglect that was caused by them. Upon contacting TruGreen I was informed they give their technician 30 PLUS stops in a day. I had a horrible weed issue after using TruGreen for many years, I almost lost the whole lawn to the weeds. It is coming back and I am very pleased with my technician he has been doing a great job spreading the grass with the granules.
Almost 2 years of TruGreen and I think I have more weeds than when I started.. Sure you complain they spray every 2 weeks but it not affective.. I’ve gotten more “ we’re so sorry we will send someone back out”…I need to try a new company! They sprayed my pineapple plants while there were large pineapples ready to be picked.(had to throw them away). Sprayed new sod and killed it. Good luck using this company!!!
