Totally disappointed in the service provided by Trugreen. Before and after pics showing after chemicals used by Trugreen burnt my lawn. I reached out to TruGreen and they never followed up. As a disabled Marine Vet this is horrible service especially on a fixed income. I will be seeking additional legal remedies
My schedule keeps getting missed by TruGreen over the last several months. I have called several times to get service scheduled just to be told it will be done on a future date and no one shows. How hard is it to schedule a date and show up? Looking to cancel my contract if it doesn't get resolved quickly. Update: I was able to call Toni at the local office and she was able to resolve my scheduling issue quickly. Thanks Toni!
They pasted an advertisement on my door and ruined the paint. Cost me $200 to repaint the door on my brand-new house. Can't trust them with my lawn, obviously!
Worst customer service ever!! You cannot reach the local office unless they call you. If you miss their call you have to start from scratch. My yard looks horrible, they have broken my landscape lighting, and you can’t get a hold of Anybody! I’ve requested them to text or email me at least 5 times now and they refuse to do so.
