My lawn is becoming green and lush again. The brown spots have almost all disappeared. I am extremely satisfied.

Sevice has been great, grass looks good, but changing the terms and raising the rate in the middle of agreed upon term of service is not good business. I live up to my contracts with individuals and considering TruGreen only had 3 more service visits, they could have held off until the renewal. Bad business to jack up prices and not know until you get your CC statement. I won't be renewing.
They never showed up so it’s hard to give a review. They said they’d be on the 22nd. They never sent a text. They never showed up. Also, when I signed up for the account I paid for a year. I never got a receipt. I never got a contract number or account number or anything kind of a loose operation.
