Great communication and service
One of my passions is my yard, and TrueGreen truly helps me keep up with all amenities needed for that lush green yard. They just recently aerated and seeded the grass. I have two dogs and my water system is always the best but with their help my yard is place of peace and joy thank you TrueGreen and your staff for your professionalism.
Absolutely heinous experience by my local trugreen branch. Techs rescheduled 5 times when my yard needed to be overseeded, then said they were no longer able to do it due to it "being too late in the season." Had to argue with a trugreen rep to get refunded. Avoid at all costs, better off to do it yourself.
I was pleased to get a report of what was done because agent letft one on the doornob. However,I did not hear a knock on the door before service was performed, and there is no indication that service was performed on the backyard. Consistent excellence will determine whether I maintain TruGreen Lawn Care! Barbara H
