Do NOT use this company. They failed to follow their own procedures (such as the initial lawn eval) and they don't Quality Check it. It is up to the CUSTOMER to find it, call them out on it and try to get it rescheduled. They also fail to keep you in the loop of any date changes, instead letting you flounder and wondering where they hell they are at. TAD WAS HERE and I met him at the door, explained to me that my grass was dry and it seemed I had some sprinklers not coming up. I appreciate him addressing that. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING TODAY., I LIKE HIM IN THAT MANNER THAT HE LETS ME KNOW things that are going on.
