I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the recent lawn service provided on 9/14/2026. The technician (Tavian R)who arrived at my property did not ring my doorbell nor knock on my door as requested on my record. He appeared to only pretend to service my lawn rather than actually completing the work. As a result, I am giving this service a "thumbs down" review. Our Tech was very professional and did an awesome job! He spoke with my husband and explained everything he was going to do before he did it. He even answered my husband's questions. We are so happy with him thank you again!
