Awful. Have two lawns. One has been serviced OK but the other has been ignored. Full of crabgrass and other weeds. One lawn has been serviced 6 times with a 7th time scheduled for August. The other lawn has been serviced 3 times with no further service yet scheduled. These lawns are next door to each other. Also, frequent cancelations of service. Got a text that they'd be out. Didn't show. Then got asked to submit a review .... so here it is: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I am very disappointed with the service. The results have been well below my expectations. The weed control has been ineffective, and my lawn is actually in worse condition than it was last year. I have been a TruGreen customer since 2025, and I expected much better results. Despite paying for lawn treatments, the weeds continue to spread, and I have not seen the improvement that was promised. I would appreciate someone reviewing my lawn and providing a solution to address these issues as soon as possible.
