We have used TruGreen lawn services for over 20 years and have found them to be quite attentive to any concerns we may have had. A good lawn service indeed.
Our neighbors use this service and the person who takes care of the neighbors lawn, hooked their equipment on our property, catching our water house, which yanked it out of place and destroyed our property. Not impressed. Tell your lazy staff to pay attention to what the hell they are doing. Thanks for the property damage. All on video.
I had a very disappointing experience with this lawn care company. The quality of the work was poor and did not meet the standards I was promised. After noticing the issues, I contacted the company to give them an opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately, despite my complaint, no action was taken and there was no meaningful follow-up or resolution. Good customer service is about standing behind your work, and that simply didn't happen here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
They will not stop calling and sending us mail. Despite all of our efforts to say we’re no longer interested.
