My experience with TruGreen has been awesome. I like that the technician informs me of his visit and following the visit I receive a complete analysis of the work performed and suggestions for making my lawn look better.

Thanks for bringing my grass back to life, my grass has been lifeless for a few years and now people are telling me how good my yard looks and that's do to Tru Green cause I'm disabled and not able to get out and do my grass so thanks for making me the talk of my Block!
Even after just one visit my grass looks so healthier. The tech answered all my questions clearly and I could be happier thus far!
True Green does a great job in servicing our lawn, trees and shrubs. They are quick to respond to any questions I have and quickly respond to correct any problems or concerns I have. The technicians are friendly and helpful. I have used them for over 10 years and never been disappointed.
Services are good but expensive. It is nice to be able to take advantage of the free service calls in between scheduled visits to ensure customer satisfaction. Customer care is ok.
So far so good. Friendly customer service. S started before, we've only had them for a year so will take time to get out lawn in shape.
Customer service was always 5 stars. I couldn't be happier when dealing with customer service. Always polite and genuinely wanted to help. The service techs are usually pretty good.
My lawn looked pretty grim after last year's grub damage. Some well timed fertilization and grass seed and now the lawn is lush and green.
