Very nice work
The techs who come spray have done a great job (came back and sprayed a section I saw they missed once). Customer Service has been pleasant. The chemicals they use made a drastic positive difference in our lawn after giving them a try after having done all the spraying ourselves for years. Saved money in the end and now we have a beautiful lawn!
L-18 was quite rude to mcds employees heard him yell at them cuz no breakfast shouldve gotten here earlier.
We have used TruGreen for a number of years but unfortunately there customer service has taken a turn for the worst. They recently charged our bank card over $1,000 for a treatment on a property that we didn't own, and haven't for years. Apparently they keep banking and card info for past properties on file. We had to bring the charge to thier attention, then were told they could not correct the mistake charge in a timely manner and it had to go to their corporate offices, out of the area, and would be weeks before we would ... read more
I am pre-existing customer . I moved to a different part of town and placed an estimate request for service at the new residence and 2 weeks went by before i heard anything back. i called and left 2 messages and never heard back. I left a third message and was replied too with a TEXT message! Not even a phone call.. I was told it would be another 6-8 weeks before some one could come out and give me an estimate!!!!!!
