Services have been delivered on-time as expected. Scheduling service was easy. The only thing I wish is if I could talk with someone periodically about my lawn. I am at work when they come so, it would be nice to hear from the staff that are looking / servicing my lawn.
Mostly satisfied with tree and shrub services but we have a very good tech on that part of our service. Very dissatisfied with lawn service. Appointments are not always honored and the technician blames management, management makes it clear that they have many customers and we are only one, so they can't spend much time with us. We have now canceled lawn service through TruGreen.
