I can't say enough positive things regarding both TruGreen service and their product performance! Absolutely outstanding in all areas after year 1 and looking for even greater improvement in year 2! My lawn technician, Rodney, is simply THE best and I have a hard time trusting anyone but him and myself with my lawn. Impossible to provide a global rating for a service that depends so heavily on the quality of work done by the individual who is the service provider. In my case the provider is Titus Myers, and he invariably handles his assignments in a professional, thorough manner. My 5-star rating is for his work and may or may not be typical of other employees of the corporation.
They let me know when they are coming. Left a tag that service has been done and I know what is going on.

Yes, because I felt the representative honestly cared about the service we were getting. However I don't like people calling me and trying to push another service on me.
