Always a great workout in HIIT!!!
I loved Cody’s class. Great workout, great energy. It was clear, organized and easy to follow. It was a tough workout - that made sense. Which is exactly the way I like to train. I will definitely be back.

Not a woman safe environment you will see a lot of men in the Hot Pilates classes! And not as hygienic sweat puddles everywhere!! Also the instructors don’t seem to really care about you and your form! I’ve been to other locations and the instructors CARE. Here they care more that you’re doing burpees and jumping jacks while also not turning on atleast the fans and the whole class is steaming hot… I wish I could leave a better review but unfortunately it was a negative experience.
