I highly recommend hot yoga. It’s an amazing class. The instructor Mark is amazing. Just make sure you’re very hydrated. Meditation and Yoga helped overall my mental and physical state. Will be taking this class again.
Erika in front desk completely ignored me while trying to check in for my 12 pm Pilates class on Monday the 26th Jan. She proceeded to make eye contact with the person behind me and the person behind me, corrected her and pointed at me trying to let her know that I was next, then proceeded to check me on with an attitude. Didn’t feel welcome and made me uncomfortable.
Arielle is a fantastic teacher. I enjoyed her teaching style. She set just the right tone to guide the class to sink deeper into each pose, and lead us with confidence and compassion. I will definitely seek out more of her classes in future.
A great place to workout where friendships and great workouts are made! Love this place always makes me feel like a new person! when I leave I feel stronger and in a better mood!
