I’m canceling my membership due to the extreme overcrowding in classes. Rooms are packed with 60+ people in a small, hot space, which is uncomfortable and feels unsafe. When I raised concerns, I was told the high number is due to "fire hazard requirements"—a confusing and concerning explanation. It seems client comfort and safety aren’t a priority here. Disappointed with how this is handled.
