Denise was great
Very disappointed lately when the schedule has an instructure that you are looking forward to attending and schedule changes at last minute I get very disapointing
Kana’s level 2 power class is wonderful! She is kind, understanding, and very attentive to her students. Even when the class is challenging, she offers clear guidance so that those with less experience can still follow along comfortably. I especially enjoy the variety of movements, which provide a great full-body stretch, and the quicker flow keeps me engaged and present throughout the class. Kana creates such a welcoming atmosphere and is genuinely pleasant to be around. I always enjoy taking her stretchy level 2 class!
