I spoke to a female 4/20/26 to set up an assessment. The call was quick and pleasant and I was set to speak with the doctor. All went well and the consult was smooth. I was made an appointment for the following day. 4/21/26 I drive the 50 minutes to my appointment, miss work. Show up on time for 8:30am. Upon arrival I found the door to be locked. No one inside.
