Claim all these things regarding warranty & how they can treat it non stop unlimited warranty calls between services etc. And then hit you with a, we can treat until after 14 days according to policy & law etc. This company is garbage.
If you want to be taken by a company that will not respond or TAKE CARE OF YOUR HOUSE WITH PROFESSIONAL WORKERS...CALL THEM! I BET YOU WILL WAIT. WORKERS ARE SUBSTANDARD AND BECAREFUL WHEN THEY ENTER YOUR HOME! YOU WILL NEE MORE THAN ADT!. WOW! THEY USE TO BE A GOOD COMPANY
Horrible company, do your self a favor and go somewhere else. Definitely not worth it at all!
The salesperson told me that the pest control technician will spend 45 minutes for spray and pest control, but the technician barely spent 20 minutes. When I showed him the spider on the wall corner near the roof he shrugged and said this not part of his job. They are coming since last two months but nothing is improved. Still I have to kill spiders in the house. There are other insects in the garage. I am not satisfied with the services and want to terminate the contract. It’s not worth.
