I’ve only trained with Javier twice, but he’s already helped me a lot. He fixed my posture and showed me the right way to work different muscle groups. He’s really enthusiastic, easy to talk to, and makes sure you’re doing everything the right way without making it feel intimidating. Since he’s the fitness manager and is training the other trainers, I’m excited to keep working with them in the future.
Hector just made me feel so incredibly welcome. He’s the goat, bad at fantasy football, but in terms of his job, he’s done an amazing job with the place!
