Last week the neighbor above ran his laundry and it flooded our laundry room. We called Trufinity to come out and access the issue and resolve it before restoration could move forward. Lani worked tirelessly for 4 hours, discovered the problem, cleared the blockage and than physically removed it in the parkade (see photo with can to scale of what was removed). Well with an aging home it was inevitable that the Furnace A/C would take its last breath and ours did… We called Trufinity and they sent Darcy over to go over the issues and provide recommendations. Zero pressure , lots of questions answered and a resolve that we are very happy with. Darcy was kind and highly professional and so patient with all of our questions.. Another great experience with Trufinity. Our hot water tank pilot light went out and wouldn’t reignite. Owen got us up and running really quickly and explained why we were potentially having the issue on a brand new unit (installed by another plumbing company). Can’t recommend Owen enough. Thank you!

My experience with TruFinity has been exceptional from the very beginning, their customer service is truly awesome. Our AC decided to break down while we were in the hospital having our first child, our house was 29 degrees when we got home on Friday at 3PM. I called 2 other HVAC companies before TruFinity and they did not pick up the phone. TF had a technician at my house by 5 o'clock to diagnose the problem.
