I had Trufinity come out today and have a look at replacing our 23 years old hot water tank. We were so blown away by their presentation that we went ahead with the install today. Cole and Andre where so respectful, efficient and polite. I haven't seen service this great in a long time. I would highly recommend Trufinity for all your plumbing and hvac needs.

I ran into an emergency this week when I ran out of hot water. I called Trufinity immediately to come and take a look at it. Cole and Andre came out and were very professional, honest and polite. They ended up changing out my electric water heater with a new one the same day. The whole process was smooth and seamless. I can’t recommend Cole and Andre with Trufnity enough.

Cole was excellent in his communication about the problem with my toilet and completed the work I requested after he gave me the options. The issue was fixed. What I didn’t appreciate was the sales pitch for the membership and also for work that may or may not be necessary in the future. I was also shocked at the estimates, eg $4000+ for replacing 3 toilets (1 of which is relatively new) and doing some related work, $7000+ for replacing pipes that are currently showing no signs of needing remedy. Kyle set us up with the best customer service for our much needed water filtration system although we didn't pull the pin then it was the very hard work of Cole & Andre that helped us with finally getting what we needed to fix our hard water issue. I am a member of their Tru loyalty membership and it has definitely come in handy. We will always support Trufinity and their most excellent Customer service all around. Thanks again obviously very talented in hiring the right friendly, personable service technicians.

We had a new hot water heater installed. Lani was the technician that completed the install. He was very efficient and professional. The job was completed in short order. He also checked out some other plumbing concerns and provided informative feedback on maintenance.
