(Waikiki location) Rude and pushy sales woman who continued to harass us even AFTER we had made a purchase! Trying to guilt us into buying even more and acting like we were being cheap when we tried (several times) to politely tell them no. Definitely rubbed me the wrong way, just walk away.
Everyone was super nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable. Sony was fabulous and Giovanni was very easy to ask questions to and get an appropriate response. Saw a difference immediately which helped the decision.
Absolutely the best service and fantastic products! Highly recommend .
Serious High Pressure. Deceitful. Beware and stay far away from the sample offer. Salesman’s hands reeked of smoke as he applied a sample to my under eye area. Disgusting!!!
