House specialties, all created from the freshest local ingredients, include baby back ribs, shrimp linguini and jumbo lump crab cakes. Sides like buttermilk mashed potatoes and fresh apple slaw add a wonderful touch to the meal. Wines, cocktails and martinis are also available.

Love Truffles. Been coming to Hilton Head for 33 years - ate here at least once during most of them. Varied menu - always good food.

Here on vacation didn't really know where to eat. Stopped on Truffles Cafe and had a excellent dinner. The service was good and the waitress was very friendly. I would recommend Truffles to anyone. ❤️
Our go-to place in Sea Pines. We have been there several times over the years and it keeps getting better. Highly recommended!
