Everything was delicious and service was spectacular!
Truffle Pig continues to set the standard for fine dining in Steamboat. Every visit reminds me why it's one of my favorite restaurants anywhere in Colorado. I've dined here numerous times over the years, so my expectations were high, and once again they exceeded them. I brought a friend who hadn't been in quite a while, and by the end of dinner her only comment was, "I thought it was all amazing!" I couldn't agree more.
