Inspired by Napa Valley's style of farm-to-table cuisine, Truffle Pig Executive Chef Ezra Duker integrates local and regional products throughout the menu that are perfectly complemented by a range of microbrews, organic wines and clever cocktails on the bar list. A gourmand through and through, Duker's experience at renowned restaurants in Oregon and Northern California bears great influence on his signature dishes in Steamboat, many of which have already emerged as local favorites since its debut this summer. Great food great service as well as environment. We have been there several times
My family and I have gone to Steamboat for Winter Wondergrass the past 2 years. We dined at Truffle Pig the first year we went and had a great experience. I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Truffle Pig in Steamboat Springs, and it’s hands-down a 5-star spot! The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between upscale and welcoming, with stunning views of Mount Werner and a lively patio that’s ideal for soaking in the mountain vibes. The food was nothing short of spectacular. I tried the Truffle Pig Bacon Burger, and it might just be the best burger ... read more
I went for the first time with several friends who'd had positive experiences here before. It was disappointing to say the least. We don't mind spending money on high-quality food, but the food was mediocre and prices were therefore way too expensive. Service wasn't great either. This place has seemingly gone downhill, so I recommend spending your money elsewhere.
Truffle Pig has a 4.4 star rating with 791 reviews.
