I hired Michael for a major house rebuild project ( pull down the existing house and build a new one). It turned out to be a nightmare. First, he is not trustworthy. During the construction he told us it is a standard that the demolition work only covers the house itself, the front and back yards are not included. He told us the concrete steps for the front door and backyard door are standard, we have to pay him extra labor to install stones on top of concrete.
