RecommendedWe drove about 6ish hours - it was great. Nice staff, we got there and didnt wait, minus us waiting for it to open which we walked around and looked at the waterfall and patio area. In the actual line we waited 5 mins - just get there at opening :)

what a huge disaster for chick fl a. They should have shut down once the parking lot was full. There were atleast a hundred cars in the lot and a mile long line to just get into the lot. Sure they made a ton of money today but I won't be going back. They have lost me as a customer.
We waited 5 hours. Came from Norcross and we were greeted by the most friendliest of staff ever. The food was well worth the wait. we got the luau burger, fish tacos, sweet potato fries, the pineapple and Hawaiian drink. I went to heaven drinking those! love love love you guys! Thank you!
This establishment was ill-prepared for the number of patrons attempting to eat here. The cop on the side was allowed to pick and choose which cars were let in the line for service. It set up a scenario for discrimination. I will not be back. Having been told to get out of line and make u-turns several times to try to get in line was ridiculous. A waste of time, gas, and expectation of good customer service. Chick Fila is a stable of high standards and awesome customer service. This location is far from that!!!! To the owner... read more

110% disappointed!! We are in the curbside pickup line now been waiting at least 35 min ... and that's just a start... I understand being busy but we drove an hour and a half to get here and find out yall arent even offering 90% of your menu!! If you are going to advertise thru a tiktoc video all these things your offering.... THEN OFFER THEM!!!
