Excellent work performed on my 8yr old trane. The guys were polite professional and knew how to troubleshoot the problem and fix it at a very reasonable price. I will continue to call true tech for any future HVAC
True Tech came out to add some refrigerant to my heat pump but charged me for waiting around for someone to deliver it. My AC stoped working a few days later because the first service call neglected to notice a leak. The only good service person at this place, Ed, came out and noticed the leak right away, repaired it and added more refrigerant. I asked for a refund on the refrigerant but was told no.
I would like to thank Scotty and Richard for their professionalism and quick assessments of my electrical issue. Great Job!!

We own a modular and mobile home company and got in a bind with a electrical problem and couldn't get ahold of our normal guy to help. These guys called me at 8 a.m the next morning, got the job done, and I've already had them do a second job and they went above and beyond what I ask them to help me with by going ahead and just checking the rest of the outlets in the home for free.
