Friendly staff, very professional. They took me in at my appointment time (love that). Dr Lopez was very thorough and willing to answer any questions that came up
I must start off by saying, I am beyond grateful to have found Dra. Lopez. I had been trying to get my veneers removed for quite some time and went through several consultations in NY, Virginia and Florida. I flew to her from NY and when I got to her office everyone was extremely welcoming, patient and caring. Dra. Lopez and her assistant Yipsy were the ones working on the removal which took about 4 hours, and throughout the entire process they made me feel certain that I had chosen the right dental office for this procedure... read more
The staff at TrueSmiles are wonderful! From Dr. Lopez to Yammi the Hygenist, the Dental Techs, and the front desk and all the rest of the staff. They make you feel welcome, and have great "beside manner" for all procedures. My wife and I went there today for periodic procedures and they make sure you feel comfortable, and ensure painfree procedures. They are the best.
I have been going to TrueSmiles since I was a lot younger and I have always loved this place. The dentists are very friendly and the hygienists are the best in the city. The dentists clearly explain what they are about to do and are very helpful and patient throughout the whole process. You can tell that TrueSmiles uses the best technology, and dentists, available. TrueSmiles is also a carrier of Invisalign if that’s what you need. 10/10 would recommend.
Excellent service! The doctor was thorough in looking for causes for my issues. The hygienist did an excellent job with my cleaning. The staff is friendly and helpful.
