Called TrueShield to come out and fixed a chip in the front windshield that was about a nickel size. Technician said they fixed it and stated it was covered with a lifetime warranty. Less than 48 hours and the chip has ran more than 12 inches, causing us to need a new windshield. Called TrueShield to inform them and the only thing they can do is quote us on a new windshield. We will now be out hundreds of dollars due to faulty work because their “warranty” doesn’t warranty anything!! DO NOT USE TRUESHIELD!!!!

Jonathan did an amazing job! He drove over 50 minutes to change my windshield! Highly recommend! And he’s super sweet!!

My husband and I called about 12:30 for a quote and said they could be out at 2. Mr. Jonathan called and said he's on his way. He was here on time and very polite and nice. Also very affordable compared to other places we called and the other places couldn't even get us in today. I'm going to use this place for now on very GOOD customer service.. Thank you Mr. Jonathan

AMAZING service! All other companies wanted to charge me way more , and weren’t able to get to service me until the next day where I’d have to drive my broken glassed car about 20 miles for service. TrueShield had very reasonable pricing and came to me within the hour!!! We even were still able to make it to football practice!!

Mr. Jonathan had great communication and was very fast and pleasant ! i would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a window or windshield replaced:)
