Since experiencing my first acupuncture treatment in 2006, I have embraced a holistic approach to healing and believe that the body has an innate ability to heal itself and that pain is your body's way of telling you that you are out of balance.

I had an exceptional experience with Kirsten. She did a combination of massage, cupping and acupuncture in one appointment. I left feeling totally rejuvenated.
Kristen is amazing.... Nice deep tissue massage as well as cupping and needling. Great at asking if she's hitting the spots and level of pain.
