Came to repair my furnace. It was flashing a code and I had the manual explaining these codes, but he didn't want to look at it. He began replacing a part. It didn't work. So, he left to go get another part and charged me for driving around town. That part didn't work either. He removed the parts he put on and said he couldn't fix it. Charged us 500$ and left .
