I love how they check you in and show you where to park and take your luggage so you aren’t in the weather and call after you collect your luggage from baggage claim you call them to pick you up and take you directly to your car and unload your luggage.
The drivers are always polite and their vans are timely for the most part. The fact their vans are never overcrowded is a big plus. Trueparkings is my go to at KCI.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE give this parking lot some business! They are wonderful to work with start to finish. We have used them 2 times recently, both trips were early departures (4:30am) and late arrivals (after midnight). The shuttle was seamless both directions. Actually, we were very impressed that they paid attention to our arrival flight and were waiting for us outside of baggage claim... even before I sent them a message that we were ready for pick up.
