I will start of by saying that I am so happy I decided to go to this clinic .I called about 10 places know one had any appointments available and also they were so rude . I was going to give up then I saw TRUENORTH WELLNESS and also read the reviews but I still decided to try it. I called left a message they called me less then 15 minutes she was so polite and friendly. Been taking 2 kids here for several months. The therapists were different and how good it is really depends on the therapist. We were lucky.
I liked them originally but the one therapist left and it went downhill from there. Also two different times we reviewed how frequently they were to see my son (biweekly/monthly) and found out when I got the bill that they were seeing him weekly. That adds up when you’re paying out of pocket and it upsets me that it happened more than once, like they’re trying to get more money by being sneaky.
