By far the WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH FOR GETTING CLEAN. MY SISTER HAS HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY TRYING TO GET CLEAN DR VON MONGLE OR W.E HER EVIL NAME IS HAS PUSHED HER ASIDE FOR MAKING COMPLAINTS AND DOESNT EVEN INFORM ANYONE SHE IS WAITING FOR OVER AN HOUR THEN REFUSES TO SEND PRESCRIPTIONS OVER. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY 0 COMPASSION AT ALL THIS DR SHOULD BE FIRED I WILL HE CONTACTING THE LOCAL NEWS REPORT
Absolute callousness from Dr. Von Mongur in not wanting to help a patient because she had made a complaint because of a previous issue and now is left to suffer for hours with pharmacists apologizing saying there is nothing we can do, the doctor does not want to help you and so the patient is just waiting for hours with no idea when she will receive her medication that she desperately needs. Great company, wish they wouldn't take carries from you for going to the hospital, and 3 months ago and you guys still haven't given me my carries unless my dad picks them up, but yet I haven't pissed dirty nor would I drink all my carries in one day!!!!! Starting to be annoyed
Worst place I've ever dealt with with trying to get clean every single time I come in. It is something different. It is more and more that they're asking for you. It is easier to go to the streets of London, Ontario to get drugs than it is to get off of them. These people do not care about you especially doctor.
