Dr. Matthews is fantastic. He always takes plenty of time with my grandmother to make sure she is well taken care of. I feel much more at ease knowing she has doctor who genuinely cares about her well being. He talks WITH you and not AT you, which is something very rare with doctors I’ve found. The supporting staff is great too. Thank you for all your good work with my family.
Two years ago I was a patient of Dr. DeMartini. Really liked this provider but the staff is another nightmare of a story. Over the weekend, I receive a letter from their Trophy Club office in Texas. The letter read I owed $10 from a two year ago , bill, I knew was paid in full for my 4 visits , during a stretch within that year ( 2 years ago ). Took my daughter there to see her new personal care provider absolutely amazing she love Dr Jonathan Matthews,and I actually have Dr Robert Demartini. Excellent staff.
