Thane did an OUTSTANDING job diagnosing and fixing our leak, removing unnecessary pipe, suggesting the best way to dry the crawl space, and suggesting things he saw working under the house that I'd want other trades to address. The icing on the cake was your rearranging calls to get to us the next day. Truman is the BEST!

I had a new dishwasher installed by a different plumber and everything was great for a week. Then, even when not running, the dishwasher started beeping and displayed an error code. The code meant water leak. There’s a drip tray with a sensor under the dishwasher and when it collected any water I had to 1) turn power off to the dishwasher (unplug at back of under my sink) and 2) disconnect the sensor and 3) pull out the drip tray to empty it, 4) undo all previous steps. They sent someone out the day I called to replace the wax seal around the toilet that was leaking--professional and honest, a Kitsap County family business. Would definitely use them again and will recommend to friends.
