I purchased a pandora bracelet and 2 charms on August 31 of this year. Today the clasp for the bracelet just suddenly broke and the bracelet that fell off of my wrist, The clasp is in two pieces and won’t stay close so I’m unable to wear the bracelet. I have no idea about the return/exchange policy because the receipt has no information on this. Does anyone know???
Since the festival flea market closedI've been looking for a local jeweler for watch battery installations. Jeweler was close by and had many favorable reviews I thought it would be a good option. I own allot of watchs and have the need to replace allot of batteries The owner told me the cost to install a new battery was between 10 and 15 dollars which I agreed.
