The staff is fantastic, especially Imee Williams. It’s a wonderful practice with low wait times.
UPDATE Feb 2026: I am updating my review given that Dr Chang prioritized resolving my issue personally after I escalated this. I commend his efforts to do right by his patients. He was transparent about what went wrong and owned up to the mistakes that were made and rectified the situation earnestly. I have been coming to Dr Chang for 2 years. What i thought was a good practice with a good team has completely done a 180 as soon as my issues went from being health related to billing related. Truelight made an error with their billing 2024 and my insurer billed me for “out of network” services, even though this practice is in network. 5 months of calls, notes left for this doctor, speaking directly to the billing contractor who said she couldn’t help because she only just started working with the practice have gone nowhere... read more
