Sasha is very kind and knowledgeable. Electrolysis by nature is somewhat painful, but Sasha goes at a good pace and is very responsive. I had tried 10 sessions of laser hair removal(from a different provider) and the laser hair removal did not work at all on hormonal facial hair. In my experience electrolysis with Sasha is much more effective, but it does take several sessions depending on the area and the hair growth cycle.
