The ***resentative that signed me up wasnt forthcoming with everything. The tech that came out didnt spray the back yards as I had requested. True Green *** informed that they do back yards with tall weeds and grass. I called customer service to report the dissatisfaction and they informed me that they will send another technician out because he should have done it.
